When will I receive my package?I ship on Mondays, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your package.
Why is my shipping delayed?
Plumli isn't a studio or company, it's just me designing, making, and packing items in my living room after work. It's very difficult for me mentally and phsyically to do same day shipping so I hope you will be patient with me.
An item I wanted went out of stock! Is there a way I can still get it?
There's a very good chance I still have more of the item you want. Shoot me a message at [email protected] and I'll let you know if there will be a restock.
What markets are you going to?
For my schedule and updates you can check my profile on Instagram @plumli_art. So far I only have Toronto Game Expo on March 29-30 scheduled. After that I don't know.
When will Destiny Pins be available?
April after Toronto Game Expo I will reopen orders. Destiny pins will also be available at Anime North, Anime Expo, and Fan Expo at Margo's table.
Do you do commissions?
No.
